All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and state your reason for the request.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original ASANTE STUDIOS packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the printed return slip inside.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
